How to Join Cash Chat: Step-by-Step Registration Guide

- Use your real First and Last names. No abbreviations or nicknames.
- Provide a valid personal email address. This will be used for important account updates and recovery.
- Select your country from the drop-down list provided during registration.
- Enter your mobile number, starting with your country code. For example, Ugandans should begin with 2567 (no “+” sign, and no spaces).
- Sponsor Code: Enter 23530191. This ensures the person who referred you is credited instantly.
- Create your 6-digit pin code password and confirm it by entering it again in the repeat field.
- Read and accept our Terms and Conditions, then click Sign Up.
After registering, login to your account and proceed to pay your subscription fee to activate your account.
- If you registered from a country other than Uganda or Kenya, a one-time membership fee of $20 will be charged.
- If you’re in Uganda or Kenya, follow the activation procedure below:
For Uganda and Kenya Users Only:
- While logged into your account, open the message area and:
- Type Start and send.
- Then type 1 and send (this is for Wallet access).
- Next, type 2 and send (this is for Pay Subscription).
- Then:
- Type 1 and send if you’re from Uganda.
- Type 2 and send if you’re from Kenya.
- Type 1 and send to choose MTN Uganda or M-Pesa Kenya.
- Finally, enter your mobile number starting with your country code (e.g., 2567xxxxxxx for Uganda, 2547xxxxxxx for Kenya).
Ensure you have at least:
- 75,000 UGX (if using MTN Uganda), or
- 1,550 KES (if using M-Pesa Kenya) in your mobile wallet.
A mobile payment prompt will be sent to your phone. Enter your mobile money PIN code to confirm.
Once complete, your Cash Chat account will be activated immediately, and your referrer will receive 50,000 UGX or 1,000 KES instantly.
As a welcome gift, your account will also be credited with 10,000 UGX or 200 KES, which you are free to withdraw immediately if you wish.
Buy Shares and Become a Stakeholder
