The Cash Chat crowdfunding initiative and community product ownership program is fully decentralized and operates within an NFT-based ecosystem. Shares are not directly purchased with cash; instead, community members must utilize earned rewards accumulated in their Cash Chat Wallets. These rewards are obtained by referring and acquiring active new users into the community.
Reward structures vary according to the nationality of the referred users:
- For each new registered user from Kenya, the sponsor receives a reward of KES 1,000, derived from a one-time membership fee of KES 1,550 paid by the newly registered member.
- For each new registered user from Uganda, the sponsor receives a reward of UGX 50,000, derived from a one-time membership fee of UGX 75,000 paid by the newly registered member.
- For each new registered user from any other country, the sponsor receives a reward of $12, derived from a one-time membership fee of $20 paid by the newly registered member.
All rewards, commissions, and community transactions are credited directly into the user’s Cash Chat Wallet, which is issued to each member upon registration. Every member is designated as a “sponsor” and receives a unique sponsor code. This code is used to onboard new users, earn referral rewards, accept gift transfers from other active community members, facilitate donations, purchase community shares, pay for digital advertising, acquire community-related utilities, and manage personalized community engagement.
In this way, the Cash Chat community crowdfunding program fosters active participation, equitable ownership, and financial empowerment among its members through a structured and transparent reward system.
